CO+Gas Alarm JKD-614COM Introduction

The product is a smart combustible gas&CO detector with long life sensor, microprocessor control, support displaying of the gas concentration.

When trigge the gas detector, it will alarm with build-in siren. This detector adopt semiconductor sensor&electrochemical sensor which is stable and reliable.

It keeps the place safe from the threats of combustible gas (such as liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas methane,etc.),burning stoves,showering room..

Operation Guide

1. Insert the detector into the live socket, the buzzer will emit a “beep”, and the detector will start to warm up for 180s.

2. When the measured gas concentration in the environment reaches the alarm setting value, the detector will send out an audible and visual alarm indication.

3. The green power indicator light is always on, indicating that the detector is working.

4. Red CO alarm indicator light, when the detector enters the alarm state, the red alarm indicator light flashes quickly, and the buzzer sounds at the same time, and the alarm sound of the alarm signal performs four cycles, each cycle is 500 milliseconds on/500 milliseconds Off, until the CO concentration drops below the alarm set value, the alarm is released.

5. Red gas alarm indicator light, when the detector enters the alarm state, the red alarm indicator light flashes quickly, and the buzzer sounds at the same time, and the alarm sound of the alarm signal performs four cycles, each cycle is 1 second on/1 second Close until the gas concentration drops below the alarm setting value and the alarm is released.

6. Yellow fault indicator light, when the CO sensor or gas sensor is detected to be faulty, the buzzer will always sound, indicating that the detector is faulty, and there is no detection and alarm function at this time, please contact the dealer for maintenance.

Lifetime reminder: When the device life reaches the end, the device can no longer perform normal operations and processing (functions such as test buttons, alarm detection, and fault detection are all invalid), at this time the yellow light flashes continuously, and the buzzer “every 40 seconds” Beep” twice.

7. Operation buttons
Test button: Short press this button, the buzzer will sound, if any of the indicator light and buzzer is abnormal, please repair it in time, so as to avoid the detector not sending out the alarm signal normally when danger occurs.

1. Recommended installation location

The detector and the fuel-using appliance should be located in the same room; if the detector is mounted on the wall, its height should be higher than the height of any doors and windows, but at least 150mm from the ceiling; The walls should be at least 300mm; the detector should be at least 1 m to 3 m away from the potential gas source; if there is a partition in the room, the detector should be located on the same side of the partition as the potential gas source; in a room with a sloping ceiling, the detection The detector should be located on the high side of the room; the detector should be located very close to the area where the occupants usually breathe.

2. Where the detector cannot be placed

Do not place detectors in:
• outside a building;
• In or under a cupboard;
• in a damp or wet area;
• Directly over sinks or cooking utensils;
• Near doors, windows or anywhere that may be affected by drafts, such as exhaust fans or air vents;
• Where the airflow to the detector may be blocked by curtains or furniture;
• Where dirt or dust may accumulate and clog the detector and prevent it from working;
• Located where the air temperature may drop below -10°C or rise above 55°C;
• Where it is likely to be bumped, damaged, or moved inadvertently.

How you make sure gas alarm’s calibration is set?

We have gas calibrators both for sample and mass production,The calibration team have 5 employees aim to make sure the alarms are set.

Most of our carbon monoxide alarm use semiconductor sensors,3~5 years life,5~7 years life and 10 years life,We have more advanced sensor applied in industrial gas detector.

What language you can offer for VOICE gas alarm?

Standard language is English,We have experience make Japanese,Spanish,Germany,Russia,etc.You can offer us some audio data if you have.

Can I make my own logo and color box?

Sure,OEM/ODM are welcome but need MOQ at 500pcs,All cost are pree include logo printing,color box designning or even language customization.

What is your lead time?

Sample can be ready in 3 days.Mass production need one week when quantity lower 2000pcs,we need add more three days if you have OEM requirement.

What if I need return the goods,Who pay the shipping fee?
