Gas Alarm JKD-814 Introduction

The product is a smart combustible gas detector with voice prompt, microprocessor control, support displaying of the gas concentration.

When trigge the gas detector, it will alarm with build-in siren. This detector adopt semiconductor sensor which is stable and reliable.

It keeps the place safe from the threats of combustible gas (such as liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas methane,etc.)

Operation Guide

1. FIRST START
Connect the detector to 90V-240V power, then will light up the indicator light and voice prompt as”Welcome to use our voice gas alarm, testing please wait 3 minutes”.Will display 3 minutes counting down when the gas detector in starting-up.

2. GAS CONCENTRATION
The LED display will display the gas concentration when over 6%LEL,and display”HHHH”when over 9999PPM.

3. ALARM
When the gas concentration over 6%LEL,the gas detector will alarm and voice warning:
“attention please, gas leaking”.and it will keep alarming when over 25%LEL.

At this moment, please close the gas valve and open the door to clear the gas and inform the professional to check.
If it is false alarm, please check whether the installation place is suitable or not.

4. DETECTOR FAULT
When the detector is in fault, it will alarm and display”FAIL”

5. ALARM MEMORY FUNCTION
The LCD display will display the gas concentration of last alarm when long press the test button. the concentration will disappear when you long press again.

1. Please confirm the induced gas is heavier than air or lighter than air, the gas is heavier than air: LPG etc the gas is lighter than air: natural gas, marsh gas and etc.

2. Choosing the suitable position to install the Detector according to the gas specific gravity.

Detecting the gas heavier than air: Installation height from floor,0.3-1.0m, semi-diameter to gas source<1.5m;

Detecting the gas lighter than air, Installation height from celling, 0.3-1.0m,semi-diameter to gas source<1.5m

3. Avoid installing the detector close to the following
sources of interference: direct air flow from vents, fans doors, windows, sources of steam, oil vapor, etc.

4. All wires installation must accord with the national and ocal effective laws and criteria, The wires must have the suitable size and colorful marks for avoiding connecting error.And unsuitable connection of wires will result in the alarm error while gas leaking happened.

How you make sure gas alarm’s calibration is set?

We have gas calibrators both for sample and mass production,The calibration team have 5 employees aim to make sure the alarms are set.

What kind of sensor do you apply in gas alarms?

Most of our carbon monoxide alarm use semiconductor sensors,3~5 years life,5~7 years life and 10 years life,We have more advanced sensor applied in industrial gas detector.

What language you can offer for VOICE gas alarm?

Standard language is English,We have experience make Japanese,Spanish,Germany,Russia,etc.You can offer us some audio data if you have.

Can I make my own logo and color box?

Sure,OEM/ODM are welcome but need MOQ at 500pcs,All cost are pree include logo printing,color box designning or even language customization.

What is your lead time?

Sample can be ready in 3 days.Mass production need one week when quantity lower 2000pcs,we need add more three days if you have OEM requirement.

What if I need return the goods,Who pay the shipping fee?
