How to maintance your detectors?

First to use

This machine has been calibrated before leaving the factory. You only need to clean the housing of the detector frequently during use to ensure that the hole in the front of the detector is not blocked by dirt or dust .

Basically, no other maintenance is required. When cleaning the detector housing, please use a clean soft brush or dry flannel to wipe, do not use detergent, bleaching powder or polish.

End of detector life

During the working process of the detector, a self-checking test is carried out every minute.
Under normal use, the detector can operate for 5 years. When the detector sends out an end-of-life signal (the buzzer beeps once every minute), the detector must be replaced. If the detector reaches the end of its life, please follow local regulations for disposal.

WARNING

This product is designed for indoor use only. Please avoid the detector from being exposed to rain or moisture, and avoid dropping the detector. Do not knock, open or modify the detector, otherwise it may cause the product to malfunction.
Covering the detector, improper use or maintenance may reduce or lose the detection function.

We have gas calibrators both for sample and mass production,The calibration team have 5 employees aim to make sure the alarms are set.

Most of our carbon monoxide alarm use semiconductor sensors,3~5 years life,5~7 years life and 10 years life,We have more advanced sensor applied in industrial gas detector.

What language you can offer for VOICE gas alarm?

Standard language is English,We have experience make Japanese,Spanish,Germany,Russia,etc.You can offer us some audio data if you have.

Can I make my own logo and color box?

Sure,OEM/ODM are welcome but need MOQ at 500pcs,All cost are pree include logo printing,color box designning or even language customization.

What is your lead time?

Sample can be ready in 3 days.Mass production need one week when quantity lower 2000pcs,we need add more three days if you have OEM requirement.
