This product is an independent combustible gas detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) with a measuring range of 0-100% LEL.

It adopts microprocessor control and sounds a siren on the spot when an alarm occurs. It adopts semiconductor sensor, which has high stability and sensitivity drift. small features.

It is mainly used in places where the leakage of combustible gas (such as liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, biogas, etc.) may occur, to detect whether the combustible gas leaks, and to ensure the safety of personal life.

Operation Guide

After the power-on preheating is completed

1. Download the APP【Tuya Smart】, download it from the app market or scan the code to download it.

2、Register an account
Open the main page of the APP
(1) Find the device network distribution button, press and hold for 3-5s until the green light flashes

(2) On the Tuya APP interface on the mobile phone, choose to add a device, or automatically discover the device (need to turn on Bluetooth).

(3) Wait for the device to connect, you need to enter the current WIFI name and password during the process, and then wait for the pairing to succeed.

(4) After success, you can see the paired devices on the main page.

Install Instruct

1. Please confirm the induced gas is heavier than air or lighter than air, the gas is heavier than air: LPG etc the gas is lighter than air: natural gas, marsh gas and etc.

2. Choosing the suitable position to install the Detector according to the gas specific gravity.

Detecting the gas heavier than air: Installation height from floor,0.3-1.0m, semi-diameter to gas source<1.5m;

Detecting the gas lighter than air, Installation height from celling, 0.3-1.0m,semi-diameter to gas source<1.5m

3. Avoid installing the detector close to the following
sources of interference: direct air flow from vents, fans doors, windows, sources of steam, oil vapor, etc.

4. All wires installation must accord with the national and ocal effective laws and criteria, The wires must have the suitable size and colorful marks for avoiding connecting error.And unsuitable connection of wires will result in the alarm error while gas leaking happened.

Maintance

1. This product is a gas detector and cannot be used to detect toxic gases such as carbon monoxide.

2. This product must have the correct connection and the correct power supply. If it cannot be powered normally, the detector will not work.

3. When the detector is working, it is normal for the surface of the casing to have a slight heat.

4. This product must be regularly maintained in accordance with the requirements of the manual.

5. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust on the surface of the detector once a month.

6. Do not wipe the detector with cleaners or solvents. Chemicals can permanently damage or temporarily contaminate the sensor.

7. Avoid spraying air fresheners, hairspray, paint or other aerosols near the detector.

8. The service life of the semiconductor sensor used in the detector is 5 years. When the service life is exceeded, please replace it in time.

9. In order to ensure the detection sensitivity of the detector, professionals should be invited to calibrate the detector every year, and it must be maintained or replaced as soon as possible if it is found to be invalid.

10. This product can reduce the occurrence of accidents, but it cannot ensure foolproof. For your safety, in addition to the correct use of this product, you should also be vigilant in your daily life and strengthen your awareness of safety and risk prevention.

Sure,OEM/ODM are welcome but need MOQ at 500pcs,All cost are pree include logo printing,color box designning or even language customization.

What is your lead time?

Sample can be ready in 3 days.Mass production need one week when quantity lower 2000pcs,we need add more three days if you have OEM requirement.
